'" HOLY MANNA "

6:26 Jesus
answered them and said,
Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because
ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the
loaves, and were filled.
JESUS TOLD THEM THAT THEY DID NOT FOLLOW HIM BECAUSE HE
DID MIRACLES, BUT BECAUSE HE FEED THEM AND THEY WERE
FILLED. THEY RECEIVED SOMETHING THEY HAD NEVER
EXPIERENCED BEFORE. THIS FOOD WAS WHOLE AND FILLING. THE
PHYSICAL FOOD THAT THEY RECEIVED WAS NO DIFFERENT THAN
OTHER, BUT THAT WAS NOT ALL THEY RECEIVED THAT DAY.

Labour
not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat
which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of
man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father
sealed.
JESUS
CLAIRIFIES TO THE PEOPLE THAT THE FISH AND BREAD IS NOT
WHAT THEY SHOULD LABOR FOR, BUT THE SPIRITUAL FOOD.
EARTHLY MEAT IS CONSUMED, AND QUICKLY GONE AWAY.
SPIRITUAL FOOD, HOWEVER WILL ENDURE UNTO EVERLASTING
LIFE. THE FOOD IN WHICH JESUS GIVES, SANCTIFIES,
PURIFIES, AND MAKES HOLY. JESUS GIVES LIFE TO THE
LIFELESS, HOPE TO THE HOPELESS, AND PURPOSE TO THOSE WHO
WANDER AIMLESSLY.

They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou
then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou
work?

Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is
written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat.

Jesus said unto them, Verily,
verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread
from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread
from heaven.

For
the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven,
and giveth life unto the world.

6:34 Then
said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.

And Jesus said unto them, I
am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never
hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
THE PEOPLED WANDERED IF HE COULD GIVE THEM A SIGN, THAT
THEY MAY BELIEVE. THEIR FATHERS RECEIVED MANNA FROM
HEAVEN AND DID BELIEVE. JESUS EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT GOD
IS THE ONE THAT FED THEIR FATHERS, AND GOD WOULD FEED
THEM ALSO, ONLY THE FOOD THAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT WAS
HOLY MANNA FOR THE SOUL, LIFE EVERLASTING. THEY WANTED
THIS BREAD, FOR EVERMORE THEY WANTED THIS BREAD, THIS
HOLY MANNA. THEN JESUS SAID UNTO THEM "I AM THE
BREAD OF LIFE", JESUS EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT HE WAS
LIFE EVERLASTING, AND ANY ONE THAT CAME TO HIM SHOULD
NEVER HUNGER AGAIN, AND THOSE THAT BELIEVED ON HIM WOULD
NEVER THIRST AGAIN. IF WE COULD EVER REALIZE THAT JESUS
IS ALL WE NEED, THEN WE COULD JUST TRUST IN HIM AND HE
WOULD SUPPLY OUR EVERY NEED.

seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness;
and all these things shall be added unto you.
