'" HOLY MANNA " by
Pastor Tony Sutton
.
Exo
16:2 And the whole congregation of the children of
Israel murmured against Moses and Aaron in the
wilderness:
YOU
WILL FIND IN THE 15 CHAPTER THAT THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL
SANG AND DANCED UNTO THE LORD, BECAUSE OF THE
DELIVERANCE HE GAVE THEM. THEN THEY CRIED BECAUSE OF THE
WATER WAS NO GOOD. THE LORD TOLD THEM IF THEY WOULD
HEARKEN UNTO HIM THAT HE WOULD SPARE THEM AND BLESS
THEM. HE GAVE THEM WATER. THEN THEY CRIED FOR FOOD. THE
LORD THEN SUPPLIED MANNA. WITH THIS MANNA HE TAUGHT THEM
TO OBEY THE LAW.
Joh 6:33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down
from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.
Joh 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of
life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he
that believeth on me shall never thirst.
Joh 6:58 This is that bread which came down from heaven:
not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that
eateth of this bread shall live for ever.
JESUS
IS MANNA SENT DOWN FROM HEAVEN. HE IS THE BREAD OF LIFE.
HE IS;
A) FOOD TO THE BODY
B) FOOD TO THE SOUL
C) LIFE TO THE LIFELESS
D) HOPE TO THE HOPELESS
E) LIGHT TO DARKNESS
F) HELP IN TIME OF NEED
G) A FRIEND TO THE LONELY
FRIEND JESUS WILL SUPPLY ALL OUR NEEDS. LOOK AT THE
CHILDREN OF ISRAEL, HOW THEY CRIED AT EVERY LITTLE
THING. WHERE WAS THE FAITH? WELL WE SAY THEY SHOULD HAVE
TRUSTEED GOD, BUT WE WERE NOT THE ONES IN THE WILDERNESS
FOR THREE DAYS WITH NO WATER. I KNOW WE SEE HOW THAT IF
THEY WOULD HAVE JUST TRUSTED IN GOD, THEY WOULD HAVE
BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM AND
US. I'M SURE IF GOD CHOSE TO WRITE A BOOK ON OUR LIVES
FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO READ THEY WOULD SAY THE SAME THINGS
WE DO. TRUST IN JESUS, FOR HE IS THE HOLLY MANNA!!!
Friend: Would you let us know if this sermon has led you to the
Lord, inspired you to re-dedicate your life to the Lord, or simply
been a Blessing unto you?
